Client:
International group of companies, € 70 million turnover, 1,500 employees

Project:
Restructuring and turnaround of the group of companies as well as management of diverging interests and complex structures.

 

Task:
Streamlining of the head office and decentralization of competencies and responsibilities, co-determination of decentralized units in working groups, as well as establishment of a technology center and location for the automated production of dentures. In addition, introduction of a new CAD/CAM production process and development of the corresponding infrastructure, reduction of manual production (MA in the area), development and introduction of new products with high market acceptance and lower manufacturing costs.
