Process optimization

In principle, it makes sense to deal with process optimization as early as possible in order to ensure that the corresponding corporate philosophy is also lived by management and transferred to employees. For small and medium-sized companies in particular, it makes sense to invest in external support, as the in-depth specialist knowledge is often not available internally. conzima is happy to support process optimization in your company holistically in three steps – from the initial analysis to the actual process optimization through to project and process coaching.

The first step in process analysis is to take stock of how the company currently operates. The process optimization that follows in the second step is the identification of potential for change within the current work processes.

The process is carried out with the help of our moderation. All those involved in the process are encouraged to deal with their own problems. It is important that the problems themselves are recognized and that everyone sees where the potential for change lies. After all, only processes that have been changed from within are sustainable and can be placed on a sustainable footing.

Finally, the third and last step is our project and process coaching and helping people to help themselves in the course of implementation. This also involves methodological training, i.e. people from the company are selected to take on the role of moderator. The aim is to place expertise not just at one level of the hierarchy, but at all management levels.

Your most important advantages at a glance:

1. Process analysis

Every process analysis begins with the documentation of the current status. Business processes must be documented including all participants and provided with key figures. A process analysis identifies weak points and opportunities for optimizing a process.

  • Review of internal work and organizational processes
  • Documentation of this process
  • Simplification of processes through their normalization
  • Determination of legal costs and their consequences

2. process optimization

Process optimization means that all procedures in the company are considered and improved with regard to processes. Optimized processes can be achieved with various change management approaches, including Kaizen or Six Sigma. It is important that an understanding of the ongoing change process is created within the company and that methods are implemented to stabilize the change process.

  • Optimizing processes using change management approaches (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Creating understanding for an ongoing change process
  • Implementation of methods to stabilize the ongoing change process

3. Project and process coaching

Process and project coaching combines coaching methods and consulting. Process expertise is developed and expanded together. Workshops are used to identify weaknesses and jointly develop strategies and methods for improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze the processing of orders
  • Recognize weaknesses in workshops and jointly develop and implement strategies and methods to improve them
  • Analyze and optimize existing project management methods
  • Analyze and present existing management methods
  • Optimize and introduce management methods
  • Develop and introduce process-driven control instruments
  • Developing and integrating comprehensive management systems
